Job Summary We are looking for talented SEO Specialists to join our fast-growing Day & Night Shift teams! Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based) Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week Shift Timing: Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Probation Period: 6 Months Office Location: Aqua Tower, 43 Mohakhali C/A, Level 07, 08, 10 & 11, Dhaka 1212 Google Map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/zayMoTzBbGUDJNmw9 Key Responsibilities Technical SEO: Conduct SEO audits & website speed optimization Fix crawl errors & indexing issues Understanding of crawlability & indexability Knowledge of Core Web Vitals & technical SEO best practices On-Page SEO: Keyword research & competitive analysis Meta title & description optimization Internal linking & content recommendations Ability to create SEO-optimized content briefs Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profile Improve local rankings & online visibility Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Educational background in CSE or a Computer Diploma will get preference Candidates from technology-related academic backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply Experience Requirement Previous experience in SEO or Digital Marketing will be considered an added advantage Freshers with strong English communication skills are also encouraged to apply Key Competencies Familiar with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush & Moz Monitor and report SEO performance using analytics tools Stay updated with Google algorithm updates Strong knowledge of on-page & off-page SEO techniques Work closely with developers to implement SEO best practices Basic HTML, CSS & WordPress knowledge is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits & Perks ◆ 20% Extra Basic Salary for Night Shift Employees ◆ Dinner Allowance for Night Shift ◆ Faster Leadership Growth Opportunities ◆ Professional & Friendly Work Environment ◆ Opportunity to Learn & Grow with Industry Experts
